BC ATV Training has a simple mission: to teach ATV and UTV riders how to ride safe.

By providing Canada Safety Council Certified instruction on ATVs and UTVs since 2004, we have been successfully fulfilling this mission for nearly two decades!

BC ATV's founder began by training members of the RCMP. After his 'retirement' from the RCMP, he branched out to serve both the public and private sector. BC ATV Training is a family-business. We are instructors, but we are also riders who spend a lot of time in the back-country, exploring by ATV and UTV. Sharing our experience and safety-knowledge, while introducing new riders to an incredible way to adventure is one of the best jobs in the world!

To become an ATV RiderCourse instructor, all of our instructors have successfully completed the Canada Safety Council IP course to include:

  1. Completing the ATV RiderCourse (and familiarization phase)

  2. Passing the CSC Chief Instructor/Instructor skill test.

  3. Passing the CSC approved Instructor knowledge test.

  4. Passing student teaching based upon CSC's evaluation criteria.

  5. All of our instructors are First Aid trained.

The CSC RiderCourse provided by BC ATV Training is nationally recognized to meet and exceed Worksafe BC requirements under Part 16, Mobile Equipment.
